How can I join YEHU Microfinance?

By forming a group or joining an existing group. You can also join as an individual client

What are the requirements for the group?

The group must not be less than 5 members

How long does it take for a client to be funded?

Once a client joins the YEHU Microfinance family he/ she will undergo training for a period of 4-6 weeks. The client then can borrow.

Who are the target customers for YEHU Microfinance Bank?

Kenyan aged 18 years and above, who may be organized in Group or as individuals

What is YEHU Microfinance Bank core business?

Provide affordable credit to all qualified members for enterprise development and improvement of living conditions

What is the maximum amount of loan one can get and for how long?

You can obtain any amount with a flexible repayment period

What are the requirements/ conditions for getting YEHU Microfinance loan?

  1. For groups
  • You must be a member of a group and trained by YEHU Microfinance
  • You must demonstrate an ability to repay the loan

2. For individuals

  • Conventional securities
  • Demonstrate the ability to repay the loan

Is there a grace period?

Yes, 1 month grace period is given after the loan is disbursed.

What securities are acceptable to YEHU Microfinance loans?

We accept both chattels and other conventional securities.

Are there any hidden charges on the loan?

No. there are no hidden charges except for the insurance incase a member dies (loan disbursement fee).

What type of loans do you give?

What are the requirements?

Conventional securities and the individual must demonstrate the ability to repay.
